Apart from the tallest building in the world 2716.5 feet (828 metres), the Burj Khalifa has the most floors in a skyscraper - 160 floors.
The viewing decks are located at the 124th floor, 125th floor, and 148th floor. The one on the 148th floor is also the highest observation deck in the world.
To reach the higher floors, speed is needed, so it is no surprise that the world’s fastest elevators (60 kmph) are in Burj Khalifa.
You can also experience fine dining with an even finer view at At.mosphere, the restaurant located on the 122nd floor.
Imagine living in the highest apartment in the world. For some, this is a reality as apartments are located at 1263 feet (385 metres) in the Burj Khalifa.
The Burj Khalifa has 26,000 individual glass panels on the outside, and each panel has been carefully hand-cut.
There is a difference of almost 15 degrees C in temperatures at the top and bottom. It is much cooler at the top.
